UAD 3.6 is more than a new way to structure appraisal data—it reshapes how valuation information flows through lender, AMC, and education systems. In this session, compliance and valuation expert Josh Walitt unpacks UAD 3.6 from the back-end perspective: how fields map into review technology, where risk lives in the new structure, and what has to change in policies, checklists, and training.

We’ll look at what lenders and AMCs need to align in their workflows, how education providers can update course content and job aids to support cleaner data going in, and how all three groups can work together to reduce friction and surprises. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of the must-get-right issues and a roadmap for moving from awareness of UAD 3.6 to real operational readiness.
