Erin Dee Chair Erin Dee, MBA, is Chief Operating Officer of InterLinc Mortgage and brings more than 20 years of mortgage lending experience across underwriting, compliance, secondary marketing, operations, and leadership. She is recognized for improving operational processes, strengthening lending workflows, and helping teams scale with efficiency and accountability. As Chair of the AVS Lender Relations Committee, Erin brings a lender-side perspective that helps foster stronger communication among lenders, appraisers, AMCs, servicers, and valuation technology partners.
